Former Chamber Judge and Member of the Federal Court of the Argentine Nation. He has been involved in environmental conservation for over thirty years. He was president of the Asociación Aves Argentinas, member of the Advisory Council of the ECOSUR Foundation, and Founding Member and former Technical Director of Fundación Vida Silvestre Argentina (FVSA). He has been a criminal prosecutor and an examining judge. His concern for environmental topics has motivated him to lead courses on Criminal and Environmental Law, and participate in books and publications on the subject.
